This is where you need a pen and paper.... Write down your questions...... Look up some answers ..... Come to your own conclusion!......... Gender Roles are ever changing and what is traditional to some is not to others. Sorry babe..... but it's your homework assignment...not mine..... I have 3 almost 4 kids , and the gender roles fit the time that they are needed. As for the history of it..... I don't live there and never have..... Every day is the present and it needs to be treated as such. Good luck..... Oh yeah, I also raise my kids the way I see that they need to be raised....not by what society dictates.... That way I have paved a road for them on thinking for themselves and not by what everyone expects. By the way, my kids are totally loved, not spoiled, and have very good age appropriate manners.
