I'm starting a website and am interested in knowing what other mothers like to read about. Post natal, raising kids, nutritional recipes etcMUMS!!!! what are some subjects you are interested in regarding parenting and pregnancy?
Everything! When he was a newborn, I wanted to know if those crazy hormones were normal... then we had problems with breastfeeding, which we never sorted out, so a section dedicated to breastfeeding is a must (especially these days)... a non-judgmental section on formula and formula allergies. Stages of 'solid' foods, when to start, what to feed them, recipes for each stage etc. A section on reflux, there are so many babies with reflux and it can be difficult to deal with. Something about 'sleeping' why a baby doesn't sleep, when they start sleeping through the night, how to help them get into a routine and 'teach' them to sleep through the night.
Moving on past the one year mark... how to get rid of bottles and other comfort 'suckers' like pacifiers/soothers/dummies. Potty training, disciplining a child (without beathing them senseless), how to lay down rules and stick to them.
Games and toys for each age group. Milestones, etc. How to stimulate your child in relation to his age group. Maybe touch on certain special needs children, ADHD, autism, hyperactivity, aspergers and gifted children.MUMS!!!! what are some subjects you are interested in regarding parenting and pregnancy?
parents like to know if they are normal with the post natal depression, forgetfulness which is also known to many as placenta brain, the fact that what do we do to get our old bodies back into shape like our flabby stomachs back to being trim and terrific looking so we dont feel so fat as so many people stare in discust when we put on 30kg with our first. the no smacking policy to teach kids that smacking is wrong and that education from ayoung age is best like this baby sign language that is out now, toilet training, what type of utensils to use like silver or latex, what type of toys plastic or wooden, teething rings, rusks, when should you first start allowing you child to help wipe the dishes ,chores, remember back to your young days and you will have an idea, oh heres one for you when to teach them handstands and cartwheels.there is such a great range of ideas if you need anymore dont hesitate to ask. as long as i get a percentage of what you make i dont mind.;]
See if you can find some tips on things such as toilet training, good meals for certain ages, sleeping patterns, breastfeeding, etc....
As the mother of a 2 year old I find it relieving when I can read up on things like this and just get a little advice.
everything that is related to pregnancy such as the things that happen each month in your pregnancy. Body changes, the way your baby is developing and whats going inside there. Plus after baby exercises etc
pretty much everything. things that will happen to your body, things you cant do during pregnancy, best things to eat, when the child is born give them tips on how to raise their child.
stuff like that i guess.
Well I'm not a mom but I'm and aunt and I'm interested in infant stages such as fine moter skills when they use ther left and right brains etc.
as far as pregnancy I would go with general trimester stuff and sex during pregnancy
Everything and anything that involves pregnancy.
