If your child has special needs, either physically or/and developmentaly, then they should be evluated by your state's program called ';Early Intervention.'; (or something to that nature, the name varies from state to state)
If your child quailifies, this state program will provide the correct services needed, free of cost to you. These services will provide the extra care needed and also support and guidelines on how to best let your child reach their full potinetal.
