Parenting Time Supervised by a Third Party-Colorado?

I have a court order that allows me supervised parenting time. The custodial parent wants to eliminate having an outsider supervise. They are telling me that they are allowed to do this since they are the custodial parent. If the court order isn't modified, and I see my child more than is ordered am I or the other party in contempt of court? If so, what would the repercussions be?Parenting Time Supervised by a Third Party-Colorado?
If there is a court order, neither of you can change anything. Third party supervisors are in your best interest since having the custodial parent doing the supervising will interfere with your visitation.
