Since there's so much discussion on the parenting board lately about people with multiple accounts:?

if there was a real-life equivalent for having a second account on y!a, what would you use your second self for?





and on the same general topic, is it the position of the parenting readership that having a second account is a moral failing? is it dishonest or unethical not to tell people that the two anonymous accounts actually belong to the same person? is it a violation of the terms of service?Since there's so much discussion on the parenting board lately about people with multiple accounts:?
I just couldn't have a second me in hiding, in real life either.

Ooh, my second self would sleep allllll day long, mmm bliss! And when she gets bored of that she'd probably go off on holidays, party into the early hours and hang around outside a couple of chosen celebrities houses on the off chance she can get their number for the real me!

And not sure I'd go as far as saying it's a moral failing, but yep it's thoroughly against the Terms of Service on here!
my second self would be much much thinner...... oh wait you meant Y!A accounts.... well then. in that case i'd be even more radical than i seem to be now... i'd probably look at the majority answers and then strongly disagree with that, whether i do in real life or not. then i would keep a running tally of all the thumbs down, and try to track down the crazies who give me any thubms ups, stalk them like the fbi, and wonder why they are so weird...... or i could just keep my one account, and not waste all that time and effort... is this not enough of a waste of brain power?
i have an account for all of my various personalities. ';stay'; account is for the parenting personality. i have ';clipper'; for my declawing loving cat personality. ';i am right and you are wrong'; for my politics personality. oh and i also have ';who's your daddy'; for my pregnancy personality.
hmm, a real life 2nd account...going to have to think about this one...Ok got it, my 2nd self won the lotto and would be traveling the world with Bella. Still me, just with a thicker wallet and ever changing address. Does that count??








Unfortunately, i have so many contacts I feel close to, i'd feel like i was betraying them if I had another account in the same section I didn't tell them about
I would use my second self to clean! Somehow right after I clean everything just goes back to being a mess in a matter of days... hours... ok you got me, even minutes.





I don't care if people have multiple accounts on here as long as they aren't using them for malicious purposes like stalking people or making lewd comments.
I would use it for trolling, I would ask the most inane random questions ever thought of, and trust me when I say I have time on my hands I could come up with some good ones. LOL





I tried to have a troll account but I felt bad about it and only used it for one day, because I love my contacts and felt like I was lying to them.

I just have enough time for 1 of me to be online but if there was a second me I would use that for work and cleaning so I could spend more time with my daughter, partner and Y!A. (I only need one account, but 2 of me would be nice.)
actually i see nthing wrong with having mor than oe account...as long as the person isn't harassing or cyber stalking people.....if i had a second-self...she would be more outgoing...ad stick up more for herself..have more of a sexy side as well....
I'm pretty sure it IS a violation, it is clearly stated in the terms that having multiple accounts is a no no.
i'd use my second account for good.





after all, YA seems to think my original account is the devil --what with 4 violation notices in 24 hours!
