Are student Parenting classes a good idea?

i am working on a pro and con paper and i wonder what you guys think are they beneficial at all?Are student Parenting classes a good idea?
Hubby and i went along to parenting classes when i was pg with our first baby, but by the time baby number 2 and 3 came along, we were well experienced. At parenting classes they offer good advice to first time parents. How to fold and put on a nappy, how to bath baby, how to nurse baby, what to expect during your pregnancy, what labour can be like, as well as really good expert advice, we made some really good friends.Are student Parenting classes a good idea?
