All local hospital have a contact with Social Service who can refer you to parenting classes. Might even just check with any OBGYN's as it's not uncommon for newly expecting parents to take parenting classes as well a lamaz.
You might also try both the YWCA and maybe even YMCA. They often have community resource contact information for those kind of classes and sometimes host them.
